Last weekend the first round of the Marche/Abruzzo Regional Motocross Championship was held in Grottazzolina. For the Youth TM riders it was a good debut race, another opportunity to gain experience and become more familiar with the bikes.
Davide Paglialunga, despite being only 13 years old, showed in his first race on a TM 125 that he was “on the ball” like an experienced rider! A few uncertainties coming out of the first corners penalised him a few positions, but the courage and concentration he maintained throughout the race day bode well for his next competitive appointment: 9th/10th March at Albettone for the North-East selections, valid for the Italian Junior Motocross Championship.
Luca Rosati, a rider with experience in the MX2 class, rode a TM 250 4T for the first time and finished the day in fourth place. All eyes were therefore on the Italian quarter-litre in the race, and it was a good debut for Luca too! The clear signs of growth gave him and the team a good dose of optimism for the rest of the season.
Mattia Serafini: We come back from Grottazzolina fully satisfied with the way the guys behaved, they showed the right mental approach and I think I can say that if we continue like this we will also collect some good results this year from the point of view of the standings.
