Team Honda Motoblouz SR will line up four riders – and not three – at the last rounds of the championship, as Dutch Brian Bogers joins the team and will line up at Grayan and Le Touquet alongside Cyril Genot, Lars Van Berkel and Jeremy Hauquier.
Another nice move for team manager Josse Sallefranque, who signs the Dutchman for these two rounds of the CFS! Sixth of the 2022 MXGP series, in the top ten of many heats this season despite an injury at mid season, Brian knows perfectly the 450 Honda as he was racing this bike all season long. Sand specialist, winner of the Belgian GP at Lommel in 2022 Brian will discover a new series at Grayan mid January, and will race for the first time among hundreds of riders!
Josse Sallefranque: “When came the opportunity to sign Brian, Honda France and our partners say ‘Go’ and there will be some more red riders at the start of Le Touquet Enduropale! We are of course delighted to have Brian with us, we know that he is a top sand rider, not doubt about it! Grayan will be a good opportunity for him to discover the series, to ride among hundreds of riders in an endurance race. This is our common goal for the coming weeks, so that he arrives at Le Touquet in the best conditions. Concerning Cyril Genot the exams confirmed a rupture of the ligaments, but he will wait the end of the series to have surgery. He will be back training gently, and will defend his leadership in the championship at Grayan and Le Touquet.”
And the last good news: we are happy to welcome feminine Rider for Grayan and Le Touquet: Mathilde MARTINEZ.
