Last weekend in Jauer, Max Nagl was able to secure the driver’s title in the ADAC MX Masters. However, the team could not rest, as the team and brand standings were still at stake. In Holzgerlingen, the competition was given no chance, and Jordi Tixier and champion Max Nagl were able to secure all three race wins. The overall team performance was enough to secure the team and brand championship again, just like last year, with a narrow lead. The celebration at the award ceremony was correspondingly great, and many fans of the team had also traveled.
Alexander Karg (Team Manager)
We are very satisfied with the season. It was a great challenge to repeat the fantastic result from last year, but we managed it as a team – everyone gave their maximum. A huge thank you goes to all sponsors and partners who also put in a lot of effort. We are particularly pleased that we were able to win the brand standings for Honda and also secure the team standings for our title sponsors. It shows that it is worth staying on and fighting. In the history of the team, we have had many hard setbacks, but we have always come back stronger. A big thank you also to the fans who support us everywhere and accept our concept of an open and communicative tent so well. Now we are looking forward to the MXoN with great anticipation. I think Germany has a really strong team at the start.
We were already able to equip Max with a brand new outfit specially made for the MXoN – stay tuned and check out our social media channels for the pictures!
Max Nagl (MX Masters)
The goals we set were achieved, and I wanted to finish the season with a win. We did important test work for the MXoN, and I want to thank the entire team – everyone did a great job. We are best prepared for the Nations in terms of the motorcycle and the team. The races were very demanding, and the track was not easy to ride. I had to go to the limit. It was a very successful season, and the closing evening with the entire team was a great end. With the MXoN, we still have a big event ahead of us as a team, and then we go into the well-deserved winter break.
Jordi Tixier (MX Masters)
Overall, it was a good weekend. I finished in 2nd place and secured 3rd place in the championship despite 3 retirements. My results in the motos were 1-2-8. Unfortunately, I struggled with severe blisters in the last race and couldn’t maintain my pace. We end the season on a positive note, and now the focus is on 2025. A big thank you to the entire team and all sponsors for their support this year. They were always there in good and bad times, and that’s what makes a strong team. See you soon!
Marco Fleißig (MX Masters)
I arrived at the race highly motivated, but after some changes to the track, I struggled a bit in qualifying. In the first race, I had a bad start and could only finish in P36. On Sunday, it was time to attack again. With a better start, I was able to keep up well at first, but towards the end, I had some problems and finished in P30. It was similar in the third race, where I finished in P33. Overall, it was a difficult season for me as I missed some races due to my injury. Nevertheless, I am happy – it was a great season with a fantastic team. A special thanks goes to Alex, who always performs true heroic deeds to make everything possible for us.
Scott Smulders (MX Youngsters)
Saturday was a difficult day, P8 in qualifying and only one second behind P1. The start was not ideal, and after hitting someone, my rear brake broke. Then I had a heavy crash, and my bike was too bent to continue. Sunday went much better with two good starts around 10th place. In the second race, I worked my way up to 7th place and had some great battles. In the third race, I overtook two riders and fought for 7th place, but I collided with another rider, crashed, and my bike got stuck. It took a while to get going again, and I fell back to 20th place, but I fought my way back to 14th with solid speed. This was my last race with KMP and Honda. I am very grateful to Alex and his family, all the sponsors, and the great people I met. The team feels like a family, and I hope to see everyone again next year.
Edvards Bidzans (MX Youngsters)
Holzgerlingen was a bit disappointing for me. I knew it was a challenging track for me, but I expected better results than 17-13-27. It was my last race on the 250cc bike, and I wanted to end this chapter better, but that’s how it is sometimes in racing – it is what it is. Now I am focusing on the MXON in Great Britain.
Marius Adomaitis (Junior Cup 125)
Saturday did not go as planned – I couldn’t do my best lap and ended up in P13 in qualifying. The first race went much better, I fought hard for P7 throughout the race but finished in P8. In the second race, I felt good and worked my way up to 6th place, but unfortunately, I hit my leg hard on the ground after half a lap and couldn’t finish the race. Despite the setback, I am incredibly proud to have finished 4th in the overall standings, even with two retirements this season. This was my best ADAC MX Masters season so far. Now I am focusing on recovering as quickly as possible and preparing for the MXON. I am looking forward to being back on the track.
Seweryn Gazda (Junior Cup 125)
The last ADAC race is behind me, unfortunately with a lot of bad luck. On Saturday, I had a problem with the suspension, which put me in 30th place in qualifying. Sunday went much better, and I felt much more comfortable on the track. In the first race, the st art was okay until another rider knocked me over, and my front wheel got caught in a net that I had to untangle before I could continue – unfortunately without a rear brake. In the second race, I had a bad start, and in the third corner, a rider flew out of a hole and landed with his handlebars on my hand, so I couldn’t control the bike anymore. I want to thank everyone who supported and helped me.
